Welcome to one of Norway's most fantastic tourist destinations, a place where the scenery, midnight sun and sense of standing at the very edge of the world never cease to fascinate visitors, welcome to the North Cape!
The North Cape Hall, the service centre for visitors
to the North Cape, is designed to meet the needs of all our
guests, whether they are looking for postcards or a good meal.
The North Cape Hall houses a wide range of facilities: several
eating places a great souvenir and gift shop, Post Office,
tourist information and service guide, an Ivo Caprino audiovisual
presentation, luxury suite, and various exhibitions and attractions.
No one is ever board at Nordkapp!
The visit to the North Cape is an occasion to celebrate!
Keeping alive a 100-year-old tradition, we serve champagne
and caviar in their venerable Grotten Bar. The ceremony concludes
with the issue of your North Cape certificate, which bears
a unique stamp to prove that you have visited Europe's most
northerly point. |
The restaurant
has seats for 250 guests. The "outer circle" offers ample
space for large parties, while the "inner circle" provides
a more intimate atmosphere of the smaller groups. The restaurant
windows face North, providing a spectacular scenic backdrop
to a delicious meal.
The chefs take pride in using locally produced ingredients
to create novel and exciting culinary concoctions. Please
let us know if you would like a copy of the menus. The
North Cape Hall offers standard and tailormade packages, whatever
you require. Flexibility and the personal touch are an integral
part of the service.
The North Cape Hall is open from April to September, and on request during the winter season.
